Chocolate Egg Bunny - Step-by-Step instructions

Let's get started. You will need ...

You will need egg-shaped molds to create the following sizes:
8" egg mold - make 1 halve egg for the nest
5" egg mold - make 2 halve eggs for the body
2.5" egg mold - make 6 halve eggs  for the legs and feet
3" egg mold - make 2 halve eggs for the head
1 1/4" egg mold - make 4 halve eggs for the arms and ears

You will need the following equipment:
2 stainless steel spatulas
3 plastic spatulas
2 brushes
3 bowls
2 trays
wax sheets
1 knife
1 thermometer
1 pastry tip #10 or larger
decorating pastry bags
Double boiler, microwave or a chocolate melter
You will need 3 kinds of Valrhona, Callebaut or other high quality chocolate couverture. Milk, White and Vanilla (dark).
It is recommended to use two pounds or more of each chocolate. Chocolate doesn't go bad and it makes it so much easier if plenty of chocolate is available.
