To make the effect of Uncle Sam bursting from the cake roll out some white sugarpaste and
cut four similar sized triangles.
Wet the edges of the triangles a little and gently ease them one by one into place.
This is how we are doing so far. :)
add a boot to the protruding skewer of the straight leg using the blue sugarpaste.
Finish the face by adding pupils, eyebrows and a smile.
