Wedding Cake Instructions for Crystal Rose
Wedding Cake Decorating
Everything you need to get to the top fast.Everything you need to create beautiful wedding cakes. Each style has been designed for fast and easy decorating while
offering tasteful elegance.
Before you start:
Using your favorite recipes bake, fill and assemble a 14 inch, 10 inch and 6
inch cake.
14 inch Cake
- Take four of the included Clear Columns and attach them to a 11 inch tier
plate. Please refer to the cake stand
assembling instructions.
- Ice cake.
- Divide cake into 8 sections.
- For top border, pipe a small rosette border with a 18 pastry tip.
- For bottom border, first pipe a rosette border using pastry tip 32. Then pipe around the bottom of the border
with a 18 pastry tip.
- Wrap ribbon around cake about 1/3 of the way up from the bottom.
- Using the marks that you have previously made, drape Pearl Beads between the marks as shown in
picture. Then make a large pearl loop between the drapes and a smaller pearl loop inside of the large
loop as shown in picture.
- Take one of the included Rose Sprays and push into the center of the cake.
- Take the tier plate and columns you used in step 1 and push through to the bottom of the cake, using
the holes that you have previously made.
- Pipe around columns using a 18 pastry tip.
- Place 2 swans facing each other at every other pearl loop, as shown in picture.
10 inch Cake
- Take four of the included Clear Columns and

- Ice cake.
- Divide cake into 8 sections.

- Wrap ribbon around cake about 1/3 of the way up from the bottom.
- Using the marks that you have previously made, drape Pearl Beads between the marks as shown in
picture. Then make a large pearl loop between the drapes and a smaller pearl loop inside of the large
loop as shown in picture.
