1 12" pizza crust
4 oz cubed chicken breast (pre-cooked)
4 1/2 tb BBQ sauce
1/4 c gouda cheese
3/4 c mozzarella cheese
1/2 c chopped onions
3 tb chopped cilantro

Marinate cubed chicken breast with BBQ sauce for several hours.  Spread onto pizza crust and cover with other topping. Bake.

1 1/2 c extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cups fresh basil
1/3 cup pine nuts
1/2 ts Salt
1 head garlic

blend all ingredients until smooth

2 12" pizza crust
1 lb Fresh spinach
1 lb Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 c Romano cheese
1 1/2 c Pesto

Wash spinach and remove stems. Drizzle 3/4 cup pesto onto spinach. Spread mozzarella and romano evenly onto pizzas.
