1 Scooby-Doo bobble head figurine
2 sipper picks
3 ice cream cone puffy picks

Airbrush Colors:

You could simply use colored icing or draw onto the cake if you do not have an airbrush system

Yellow for the streamers

Teal for the streamers

Green for the streamers

Colored Icing:

White frosting to ice your entire cake

Teal for the writing and the borders

Yellow for the ice cream scoops and the dots

Green for the ice cream scoops and the dots

Cake Decorating Instructions & Assembly:

1. Bake and ice your favorite cake.
2. Airbrush the streamers alternating yellow, teal and green.
3. Pipe the writing in teal icing.
4. Pipe the ice cream scoops using yellow and green icing.
5. Pipe the dots around the ice cream scoops in either green or yellow icing to match the scoops.
6. Pipe the borders using teal icing.
7. Place decorations on the cake.
