Colored Icing:
White frosting to ice your entire cake
Red for the balloons and the clusters of confetti
Orange for the balloons and the clusters of confetti
Yellow for the balloons and the borders
Green for the balloons and the clusters of confetti
Blue for the balloon strings
Cake Decorating Instructions & Assembly:
- Bake and ice your favorite cake.
- Place the mouse pad in the plastic carrier and then place the pad on the cake.
- Pipe the balloons alternating red, orange, yellow and green icing.
- Pipe the balloon strings in blue icing.
- Pipe the confetti clusters alternating orange, red and green icing.
- Pipe the borders in yellow icing.
- When piping the border, do not let the piping touch the mouse pad.
