- Bake and ice your favorite cake.
- Place the tiara on the cake.
- Pipe the writing with pink icing.
- Pipe yellow and pink hearts.
- Pipe the top ruffle using pink icing.
- Pipe the shell borders with white frosting.
- Place the scepter on the cake.
