for piping the inside scallop around the top border
Colored Icing:
White frosting to ice your entire cake and for the top and bottom borders
Pink for the blanket and fringe
Blue for the blanket, fringe and border outline
Cake Decorating Instructions & Assembly:
- Bake and ice your favorite cake.
- Pipe a small rectangular of parallel lines for the blue blanket
- Pipe a small rectangular of parallel lines for the pink blanket.
- Pipe the fringe on the blue blanket.
- Pipe the fringe on the pink blanket.
- Pipe scallops on the surface of the cake.
- Pipe reverse shell borders on the top and bottom borders with white frosting.
- Place decorations on the cake.
