Pumpkin Jam

8 cups of pumpkin, finely diced pumpkin, no skin
4 cups of granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups of water
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
Cinnamon to taste

In a large saucepan Bring all ingredients to a boil and continue boiling for 20 to 25 minutes until mixture is thick and pumpkin pieces are tender. Place in sterilized jars and seal.
