Title: Spirals with Grapes and Goat's Cheese Categories: Pasta, Cheese, Dkuhnen msn Yield: 4 Servings 2 sl Round chevre goat's cheese, Each cut in 8 small wedges 6 oz Seedless green grapes 2 bn Watercress, trimmed and Roughly shredded 4 Spring onions, chopped Grated rind and juice of an Orange 4 T Olive oil Salt and freshly ground Black pepper 12 oz Rotini Mix the chevre, grapes and watercress and green/spring onions in a large bowl. Pour in the orange juice, rind and oil, then add salt to taste and pepper. Mix well. Divide the hot, cooked pasta between 4 serving plates and top each with a quarter of the chevre mixture.
