2 pt Cherry tomatoes; hollow out
-center, drain upside down
3 oz Cream cheese; soft
1 Avocado; mash
1 c Boiled shrimp; chop
1 ts Chili powder
1 tb Lemon juice
1 ts Worcestershire
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Tabasco
Cream the cheese and advocado; add the shrimp and seasonings. Chill
mixture thoroughly. Fill each tomato with mixture and garnish tops
with olive slices, ripe or stuffed olives.
