Shrimp Balls
2 c Cooked shrimp
1 Onion; quarter
1 Green pepper; quarter
1 Rib celery w/leaves; chunk
2 Cl garlic
1 Egg; beaten
1/2 c Seasoned bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
Oil for deep drying
Process shrimp, onion, green pepper, celery and garlic. Add egg, crumbs, salt and pepper.
Shape into 1" balls and fry in deep hot oil until golden. Serve with tartar or
cocktail sauce.
