Title: Saus Kacang (Mild Peanut Sauce)

      Yield: 2 servings
      6 T  Peanut butter (90ml)
      1 c  Water (250ml)
    3/4 t  Garlic salt (4ml)
      2 t  Palm sugar (10ml)
      2 T  Dark soy sauce (30ml)
           Lemon juice to taste
    1/2 t  Shrimp paste (2ml)
           Coconut milk for thinning
  Put peanut butter and water in a saucepan and stir over gentle heat
  until mixed.  Remove from heat and add all other ingredients.  It
  will be necessary to add some coconut milk to make the paste a thick,
  pouring consistency.  Check seasonings and serve.
