Rice with Seafood



(6 to 8 servings)
2	dozens of squid
2	dozens small scallops
2	dozens of mussels
2	dozens machas (in the spanish market Amazona's food or Inca's food)
2	medium red peppers cut in strips
3	tablespoons of oil
1/2	cup of cooked green peas
2	Medium onions finely chopped
2	Tablespoons yellow hot pepper sauce
2	tablespoons of garlic, ground
2	tomatoes peeled and cut in pieces
3	tablespoons coriander, ground
4	cups rice
4 1/2	cups of water

Boil and clean the seafood, Heat the oil and fry the onions until golden,
add garlic, yellow hot peppers, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Stir and add
the cariander and 4 1/2 cups of water. Put in the seafood and bring to 
the boil then add the rice, peas and strips of red pepper. Simmer until
the rice is cooked.
