Blackberry Wine Cake12-14 servings
1 batch yellow cupcake batter Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 24-55 minutes. Cool in pan 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool. Serving suggestions:1. Serve with fresh fruit such as strawberries and raspberries. Top with whip cream.
