Pumpkin Pie - sugarfree

  • 2 cups canned pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup Steel's Gourmet Honey Nature Sweet
  • 1-1/2 cups evaporated skim milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 9 inch pie shell
  1. Brush pie lightly with egg white.
  2. Preheat oven to 450 degree
  3. Beat eggs with Steel's Gourmet Honey Nature Sweet and spices
  4. Turn the mixture into crust and bake until knife inserted comes out clean, or about 30 minutes
