Pepperoni Pizza Bread

1 1/2 LB LOAF

  • 1 c Plus 2 tb water
  • 3 c Bread flour
  • 1/3 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tb Sugar
  • 1 1/2 ts Garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 ts Dried oregano leaves
  • 1 3/4 ts Yeast
  • 2/3 c Sliced pepperoni

2 LB LOAF

  • 1 1/3 c Water
  • 4 c Bread flour
  • 1/2 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tb Sugar
  • 2 ts Dried oregano leaves
  • 1 1/2 ts Yeast*
  • 1 c Sliced pepperoni

Place all ingredients in bread machine except pepperoni. Add pepperoni in when raisin/nut signal or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading cycle ends Select basic/white bread cycle and use medium or light crust.
