Cheese Onion Bread

1 1/2 LB LOAF

• 3/4 c Plus 2 tb water
• 3 c Bread flour
• 3/4 c Shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 tb Sugar
• 1 tb Dry milk
• 2 ts Instant minced onion
• 1 ts Salt
• 1 1/4 ts Yeast

2 LB LOAF

• 1 1/4 c Water
• 4 1/4 c Bread flour
• 1 c Shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 c Sugar
• 1 tb Instant minced onion
• 1 1/2 ts Salt
• 1 1/2 ts Yeast

Place all ingredients in the bread machine. Select the basic/white cycle. Use medium or light crust colour and do not use delay cycles. This recipe is not recommended with cast aluminum pans in horizontal loaf shape because or inconsistent results. From New Flavours Bread Machine Recipes
