  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 ts Sugar
  • 1/4 c Plus 2 tb butter softened*
  • 3 c Bread Flour
  • 1 ts Yeast

2 LB LOAF

  • 2 Eggs plus enough water to Equal 1 1/3 cups
  • 1 1/2 ts Salt
  • 2 tb Sugar
  • 1/3 c Butter softened
  • 4 c Bread Flour
  • 1 1/2 ts Yeast
