Chocolate Chip Cake Recipe By : Anne Cline
TOPPING
Cream margarine in large mixing bowl. Gradually add sugar; beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs, beating well. Sift flour with baking powder and baking soda. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream and vanilla, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Turn half of batter into greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle half of topping mixture over batter. Repeat with batter and topping. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
