Graham Apple Coffee CakeMakes 9 servings
In large bowl, combine HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add margarine and milk, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat 2 minutes. Add eggs; beat 2 minutes more. Spread batter in greased 9-inch square pan, sprinkle chopped apple over top. Sprinkle Crumb Topping (recipe below) evenly over apples. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm or cold. Crumb Topping:
