Pumpkin Cake

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c pumpkin -- cooked
  • 2 c flour
  • 2 c sugar
  • 1 c vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Combine eggs, sugar, vegetable oil. Then add flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and pumpkin. Bake in tube pan at 350* for 1 hour 30 minutes.
