Pomegranate Vinegar

Yield: 1 Pint
1 c Pomegranate seeds
2 c White wine vinegar

With pomegranate seeds in a dry sterilized jar, pour in the vinegar and cover with a lid. Place in a sunny
location and let stand8 to 10 days or until infused to your satisfaction.

Strain in sieve lined with cheese cloth. Decant into dry, clean bottles. Seal with cork and store the
bottles in a cool, dark place. Will keep 6 months.

The sharp, tart tang of this vinegar is ideal for meat marinades or for dressing for fruit salads.
