Title: Michael Knoell's Grandma's Shepherd's Pie

Yield: 6 servings
1 lb Hamburger 1 cn Tomato Sauce
1 md Onion 2 Cloves garlic
1 pt Green Beans Mashed potatoes
1 Tomato Grated cheddar cheese
On high heat Brown ground beef, onions and garlic. Reduce heat. Add tomato
sauce, green beans, salt, pepper, any other seasoning that you like(i.e.
garlic powder, red pepper,etc.), and any other vegetables that you
like(i.e. corn, peas, etc.), or anything but the kitchen sink. Place in
bottom of casserole dish. Cover with enough Mashed potatoes to make fairly
even proportions of meat/potatoes. Cover potatoes with cheese. Cover with
foil. Place casserole in preheated 350 degree oven. Let cook until cheese
is bubbly.
