Liberian Pineapple Nut BreadYield: 1 loaf
2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour Preheat oven to 360 F. Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a large bowl. Mix in the wheat bran. Add the eggs, pineapple, and 1/4 cup of the nuts. Mix together thoroughly. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour, or until a toothpick or tester inserted in the middle of the loaf comes out clean.
