Title: Curly Endive and Alfalfa Salad

1/2 Small curly endive, torn Into pieces
1/4 lb Alfalfa sprouts
1/8 lb Small button mushrooms, Trimmed and thinly sliced
1/2 Red pepper, cored seeded And sliced

Juice of 1 lemon
2 t Sunflower oil
1 Small onion, grated
1/4 t Chinese five-spice powder

Arrange the endive leaves on a large serving plate or 4 individual plates. Mix the alfalfa, mushrooms, and pepper together in a bowl. Mix the dressing ingredients together, and add to the bowl of vegetables. toss well. Just before serving, arrange on top of the endive leaves.
