6 Red chilies
1 1/4 Inches of ginger, chopped
4 cl Garlic
5 oz Water
2 t Salt
5 T Sugar
5 T Lime juice
1 t Sesame oil
Blend together the chilies, ginger, garlic and water. Season to
taste with the salt, sugar, lime juice and sesame oil. Source:
