Title: Basil-Ricotta Sauce

     15 oz Part skimmed ricotta cheese
    1/2 c  Fresh chopped basil
    1/2 c  Sliced green onions
    1/2 c  Roasted red peppers, diced
    1/4 c  Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c  Chicken broth
      2 tb Olive oil
      2 tb White wine
      2    Cloves garlic, minced
 
  Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Season to taste with salt and
  pepper. Makes about 3 cups of sauce, enough for about 1 lb. (dry
  weight) of tubular pasta.
