Banana Nut Cake

3 Mashed bananas
1 1/4 c Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 c Oil
1 Egg
1/4 c Milk
1 1/2 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 c Walnuts (optional)
1 teaspoon Vanilla (optional)

Mix together in order given. Pour into lightly greased and floured oblong or small loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

This recipe can also be used to make banana nut muffins or baked as a banana nut cake.
