Cake decorating tips used:
Tip sdt-4 for Small shell-like bead on top of leaf ruffle and flower centers
Tip dct-352 for Leaf ruffle around scallop and inside perimeter of cake and leaves
Tip sdt-21 for Drop flowers, top reverse shell border and bottom border with 4 shells enclosed with a swirl shell
Tip sdt-18 for Small shell on top of leaf ruffle around inside perimeter of 10 inch and 14 inch cake
Tip sdt-67 for Ruffle around scallops

Colors used:
ip-5210 - Blue for ruffle for scallops, drop flowers and to fill clear columns
frosting - White for entire cake surface, flower centers, borders, shell trim on scallops and small shells on inside perimeter of ruffle
ip-5201 - Green for leaves
