Cinnamon Apple Raisin Bread

2 eggs
1 c sugar
1/2 c oil
1 t vanilla
1-1/2 c all-purpose flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/8 t salt
2 t cinnamon
1 c chopped, peeled apples
1/2 c raisins
1/2 c walnuts

Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan. In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
